Hanging with Ronald McDonald

Guess who we saw sitting on a bench outside McDonalds? Yea, there he was, just sitting there, big as life. We were stopping at Mickey D's while visiting Nana and Grandpa for yet another happy meal and tromp in the play area. Repp made a new friend named Phillip. Hinny ate chicken nuggets and french fries. But best of all was getting a little down time with the man who made all this possible--Mr. Ronald McDonald.

Boys in car seats

Dad says someone was making fun of the car seat in this ad. But he remembers riding to school in something very similar when he was a boy. I want one. So does Hinny. We think that laws and regulations are keeping us safe but they sure don't contribute to joy riding like Dad did when he was a boy.
